Refunds & Returns:

Returns are typically not accepted because everything we sell is made to order.  On the rare occasion when we approve a return, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Unless defective, we will not pay for return shipping.   We will happily remake any item that has a defect in manufacturing.  If you have any problems, please give us a chance to make things right before leaving a nasty review.  Our customers are important to us and we will make problems right.


All pricing in our shop includes domestic shipping charges.  You will not be charged additional shipping costs if you are in the US. We will ship USPS First Class Mail if the package is under 1 lb 1 oz and Priority if over that cut off point.
International shipping is calculated by weight.

If you are ordering multiple items, we offer discounts to in essence combine shipping costs on our Coupon Page.  It is important to us that our customers receive value for what they purchase from us.

We ship quickly, securely and with tracking numbers (where available).

Please please please make sure your shipping address is correct. There have been a couple of instances were people have the wrong address listed, their items gets shipped to the wrong place and then they're not happy with us. We regretfully cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

Please also understand that once a package is in the hands of USPS, we have no control. We must rely on tracking numbers. If mail is lost, we must at the very least, work through the Postal Services' system to try and find the missing package. We're not able to refund an order that is showing as delivered.

Non US customers are responsible for any Custom Charges, Duties, Taxes or additional postage.

Shipping Times:
With a broken heart, we must announce that we've lost our Tony.  While I try to figure out my new normal, please allow up to 2 weeks to ship.  I will try to beat that estimate, but don't want anyone to be disappointed.  If you need an item faster, please contact us and and consider upgrading shipping to Priority Mail if offered in check out.
